  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. We’re fast, but we also believe in slow sips of iced tea and thoughtful packing.

  • Shipping Methods: We use trusted carriers to get your items safely to you. Tracking info will be sent once your package sets sail.

  • Delivery Time: Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location and the tides (aka carrier speed).

  • Delays: If there’s a hiccup—like weather or carrier delays—we’ll keep you in the loop. No one likes waiting in the fog.

  • Lost Packages: If your package seems to have wandered off course, reach out! We’ll help track it down or make it right.

🛒 Ordering from Outside the U.S.

We appreciate interest from customers around the world, but we’re unable to process or fulfill orders placed from outside the United States. If you attempt to place an order with a non-U.S. shipping address, it may be automatically canceled and refunded.

  • U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

❌ Where We Don’t Ship

  • Any international destinations outside the U.S.

  • Freight forwarding addresses intended for overseas delivery
